The alcoholic beverage market requires a very different approach as it is heavily regulated. But, don't despair, we have the necessary experience and knowledge to guide you through the process to:

  1. Understand the intricacies of the Three Tier System that governs the sale of alcohol
  2. Obtain your FDA registration
  3. Obtain your NRS permit for Texas
  4. Conduct a trademark search and file a trademark application with the Federal Government
  5. Obtain your COLA approval for each of your SKUs
Without these steps you will not be able to sell a single bottle in the USA.
